What Fuori Rotta is, why it exists, what you can expect.

About me

For years, I worked as a manager in the fashion world. At the peak of my career, I had, on paper, everything a person could want: recognition, travel, money, fame, a life neatly arranged around goals. Everything made sense. Except one thing: me. Then came a trip to Bali, the kind you don't yet know is changing you. Far from my routines, in the noise of a different world, I recognized a truth I had stopped looking at: the course I was following had never truly been mine. I changed direction. Not to escape, but to feel again. Fuori Rotta was born from there: from silence, from choice, from the courage to admit that, at a certain point, it is worth listening again.

Why Fuori Rotta exists

Because we need places where slowing down is not treated as a fault, but as an act of care. Because when something inside us no longer recognizes itself, it deserves space and kind words, not haste. Fuori Rotta exists to offer honest company: no ready-made answers, no pressure, just a place where you can look at what you are living through with more tenderness.

What I believe in

I believe in slowness when it helps us understand, not when it keeps us postponing. I believe in measured words, because they can welcome without invading. I believe in real connection, the kind that does not ask you to already be fine in order to deserve listening. And I believe that, even after many wrong courses, you can begin to sail again with more truth and less fear.

Who this space is for

This space is for those moving through a passage and perhaps feeling a little tired, disoriented or simply suspended. It is for those who have stopped believing in shortcuts and are looking for thought, not motivation. It is for those who want to be seen with respect, without tight labels attached to them and without being asked to change quickly at all costs.

What you won't find

No aggressive coaching, no funnels, no seven-day transformations. No manufactured urgency.
